WHAT WE DO
Meaningful Work
Our initiative is due largely in part to a deficiency and lack of trained individuals in the industry and it’s only getting more challenging as the volume of projects is increasing. We want to promote growth and opportunities through internships, mentoring, technical trade schools and training, apprenticeships, etc. and this foundation will support the expenditures necessary to make it happen.
